About the Role

As an Interview Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient, high-volume interviews for Planning and Advice. This fast-paced operational position is the "engine room" of our hiring process, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CV reviews and liaise with multiple hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule high-volume Advisor interviews.
  • Oversee interviewer availability, panels, and logistics.
  • Support interviews to ensure adherence to processes and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to track interview outcomes and feedback.
  • Produce management information (MI) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in CV screening and stakeholder liaison.
  • Expert in high-volume scheduling and logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of process governance and documentation.
  • Ability to drive outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to maintain momentum in ambiguous situations.
