Your Role

As a Workforce Change & Restructuring Specialist, you will:

• Support the delivery model across Barclays by driving and managing change programs.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other specialists to implement restructuring, outsourcing, and new site setups.
• Engage in key activities such as project initiation, due diligence, consultation, implementation, and communication planning.
• Ensure governance and risk management throughout the change process.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Extensive experience in Workforce Change and Restructuring, particularly in unionized environments.
• Proven ability to lead consultations with unions and works councils.
• Experience with TUPE projects and managing large-scale change programs.
• A solid understanding of current employment legislation and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) for data management and analysis.

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work in the office three days a week. We embrace a flexible working environment that allows you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
