Join us in our Employee Relations Workforce Change & Restructuring (ER WFC&R) team, where we manage global change and restructuring portfolios across all employing entities.
About the Role
As a Workforce Change & Restructuring Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our change delivery model across Barclays. You will be allocated to various projects, driving and supporting change programs that include:
- Restructuring
- LEE transfers
- Outsourcing and insourcing
- New site setups
You'll collaborate with in-country HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and other specialist HR functions to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass the following key deliverables in Employee Relations:
- Project Initiation
- Due Diligence
- Consultation
- Implementation
- Communication Planning
- Governance and Risk Management
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive experience in Workforce Change/Restructuring (demonstrated throughout your CV)
- Experience in managing unions and conducting consultations in heavily unionized environments
- Proven track record in leading large-scale change programs
- Strong understanding of current employment legislation
- Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate Excel skills, including data management, pivot tables, and vlookups
Working Conditions
This is a 6-month contract based in London, with a hybrid working model that allows you to work in the office three days a week. We believe in a flexible work environment that balances collaboration and personal productivity.
