Escalator Engineer (Nights)
Join Our Team as an Escalator Engineer!
Location: Greater London (including Gatwick & Stansted rail stations)
Hours: 19:00 – 7:00, 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts with a 45-minute unpaid break)
Salary: Basic salary up to £75K (depending on skills and experience) + Overtime + Benefits and Paid Door to Door.

Your Role
As an Escalator Engineer, you will:
- Maintain and repair a variety of high-profile escalator systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation across your London patch.
- Service, maintain, and repair escalators and moving walkways, including equipment from KONE, Schindler, Anlev, and Otis.
- Utilize your strong fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced environment.
Your patch will cover all of Greater London, with additional work at Gatwick and Stansted Airport stations. Enjoy the excitement of working in high-profile, safety-critical environments without the hassle of extensive regional travel!

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and callouts on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer care.
- Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards during every visit.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience working on escalators and moving walkways.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
