Your Role: Make an Impact!
As a key player in our Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model, you will be instrumental in driving projects across Barclays. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting allocated change programs.
- Collaborating with HR teams on restructuring, transfers, outsourcing, and new site setups across global locations.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the following:
- Project Initiation
- Due Diligence
- Consultation
- Implementation
- Communication Planning
- Governance and Risk Management
- Center of Excellence (COE) Contributions
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Proven track record in Workforce Change/Restructuring (highlighted in your CV).
- Experience managing relationships with unions and conducting consultations in unionized environments.
- Expertise in employee consultations and redundancy processes.
- Familiarity with TUPE projects and leading large-scale change initiatives.
- Understanding of current employment legislation.
- Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization with cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence with data.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including data management, pivot tables, and vlookups.
Essential Experience
- Technical knowledge in consultancy, unions, redundancy, and relevant legal requirements.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and management.
