What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in a safe and welcoming home. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting young people with their daily routines
• Building positive relationships and being a trusted adult
• Helping them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
• Ensuring they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day

Working Pattern:

Your shifts will be on a rotating schedule, typically averaging 38.5 hours per week. Each shift lasts 24 hours (with sleep-in shifts included), and you will usually work two or three shifts in a row, mixing weekdays and weekends. Overtime opportunities are available if you wish to earn extra!

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or be willing to work towards it)
• Be friendly and able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues
• Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
