Your Role
As a key player in our Workforce Change and Restructuring team, you will:
- Drive and support various change programs across Barclays.
- Collaborate with HR teams on restructuring, transfers, outsourcing, and new site setups, leveraging in-country HRBP, ER, and other specialists as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Workforce Change/Restructuring (highlight this in your CV).
- Ability to manage relationships with unions and union representatives.
- Experience leading consultations with unions and works councils.
- Background in employee consultations and redundancies.
- Familiarity with TUPE projects/programs.
- Experience in managing large-scale change initiatives.
- Global experience in delivering change programs.
- Strong understanding of current employment legislation.
- Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
- Appreciation for cultural and geographic sensitivities.
- Strong analytical and data skills, with proficiency in Excel (intermediate level).
Essential Experience
- Technical knowledge in consultancy, unions, redundancy, and relevant legal requirements.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience in structuring and running programs effectively.
- Proficiency in data management and manipulation using Excel.
