Position: PSHE/Careers Teacher
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Term Time Only
Salary: £28,000 - £37,800 (dependent on experience)
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8.45am - 4.30pm
- Tuesday: 8.45am - 5.00pm

Your Role
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and committed PSHE/Careers Teacher who is eager to make a difference. In this role, you will:
- Inspire and motivate young people to reach their full potential.
- Set high expectations and foster a vision of educational excellence.
- Exhibit outstanding classroom management and teaching abilities.
- Create and deliver engaging programs in PSHE, Careers, vocational subjects, and ASDAN.
- Collaborate with our supportive team to enhance the learning experience.
- Possess the flexibility to teach additional subjects as needed.
- Be a driver, capable of operating both manual and automatic vehicles.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A passion for working with vulnerable students
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
