Your Compensation Package
- Competitive Base Salary: £42,921.87 (inclusive of night allowance) with an average OTE ranging from £43,000 to £53,000.
Where You’ll Work
You’ll be part of the Coventry cluster, covering areas like Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Kenilworth, and Leamington Spa. We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing on getting our members back on the road in your area.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Either:
- NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
Your Role
As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most.
You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside—combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service.
