Salary: £21,257.48
Contract: Term Time Only
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role

As our School Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of Easthorpe School, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include:

Reception Duties

  • Greet parents, visitors, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls and manage messages effectively.
  • Ensure visitor safety by managing sign-ins and badges.
  • Maintain the shared calendar and keep school information up to date.
  • Support staff with resource ordering and deliveries.

Administrative Support

  • Assist the Headteacher and management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Produce letters, manage filing, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Input data into our management systems, including Ed:gen and CPOMS.
  • Organize meetings and manage the school diary.
  • Monitor and manage school correspondence and finances.

Attendance Management

  • Track and monitor pupil attendance and punctuality.
  • Communicate with parents regarding absenteeism.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate attendance records.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with Ed:gen and CPOMS.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
