Your Role

As a Referrals Officer, you will be the vital link between local authorities, foster families, and social workers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing referrals from local authorities and ensuring placements are matched to children's needs.
• Using your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
• Building positive relationships through effective communication, both written and face-to-face.

We value excellent organizational and administrative skills, along with a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families. While previous experience in children's services is a plus, it’s not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you thrive in this role.
