About the Role
As an EHW Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering KP Snacks’ health and wellbeing agenda. Your role will include:
- Providing occupational health services such as case management, health surveillance, and targeted wellbeing initiatives to help our colleagues thrive.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team of nine, partnering with Operations and Corporate Functions to offer expert advice and practical solutions.
- Supporting our Billingham and Tanfield Sites, with occasional travel to other locations.
- Working closely with HR, Health & Safety, and senior leaders to shape impactful initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational health services: Manage casework, conduct health surveillance, and implement wellbeing initiatives.
- Partner with the business: Provide expert advice to HR and line managers on all EHW matters.
- Use insight to drive improvement: Analyze data to develop targeted health initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Support change and employee relations: Offer clear, professional advice during consultations and business changes.
- Shape policies and processes: Collaborate with HR and leaders to enhance EHW policies and practices.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Bring:
- Professional qualification or equivalent experience: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC Part 3 registration as an Occupational Health Advisor, or comparable experience with a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications.
- Occupational health experience: Experience in occupational health, ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills: Ability to communicate clearly and build trust across teams.
- Clinical expertise: Evidence-based approach with the ability to produce clear, high-quality reports.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset: Organized, team-focused, and passionate about supporting mental wellbeing.
