Your Role

As a Workforce Change & Restructuring Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving change programs across various entities. Your expertise will help us navigate through restructuring, outsourcing, and new site setups, ensuring we meet our long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Initiation: Lead the due diligence and consultation processes.
  • Implementation: Develop and execute communication plans.
  • Governance and Risk: Ensure compliance and manage risks effectively.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record in Workforce Change and Restructuring.
  • Union Engagement: Experience managing unions and conducting consultations in heavily unionized environments.
  • Change Management: Ability to lead large-scale change programs, including TUPE projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including data management and manipulation.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in structuring and tracking programs.

Working Conditions

This is a 6-month contract based in London, with a hybrid working model that allows you to work 3 days a week in the office. We believe in a flexible approach that balances collaboration with the convenience of remote work.
