About the Role

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Product Asset Manager EMEA, you will play a crucial role in managing the purchase order book, inventory position, and supply planning activities for a defined supplier portfolio. You’ll be supporting a key supplier within a global listed company, ensuring product availability and helping our EMEA business meet customer delivery requirements.

What Will You Do?

• Manage purchase orders, order reschedules, backlog, and delivery schedules to meet customer demand.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, balancing product availability with stock quality and reducing excess or slow-moving inventory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues.
• Track supplier lead times and support forecasting and planning activities.
• Resolve operational issues related to pricing discrepancies and other supply chain exceptions.
• Support strategic inventory actions, including stock package negotiations and supplier-focused initiatives.

Who You Are

• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP or supply chain systems.
• Experience in the electronic components industry is preferred.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
