Your Role
As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing quotations and securing orders for minor repair opportunities within our client base. We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous lift experience
- A background in sales or business development
- A target-driven mindset and a commitment to customer service excellence
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and nurture relationships across all levels of the organization.
Working Hours
Enjoy a balanced work-life with our hours: Monday to Thursday, and Friday.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools like Excel.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
- Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand while demonstrating flexibility and professionalism, with occasional travel within the service area.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- GCSE English Grade C or above
- Preferably, lift experience
- Proven sales experience
