Basic Salary: £21,257.48

Contract: Term Time Only

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Ruddington, Nottinghamshire

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our pupils, parents, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception Duties:
    • Provide a warm welcome to parents, visitors, and colleagues.
    • Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure visitors sign in and receive a visitor's badge.
    • Maintain the shared calendar and manage school information.
    • Coordinate deliveries and manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist the Headteacher and management team with administrative tasks.
    • Produce letters, manage filing, and maintain confidentiality.
    • Input data into our management systems, including Ed:gen and CPOMS.
    • Organize assessments and manage school correspondence.
  • Attendance Monitoring:
    • Track and monitor pupil attendance and punctuality.
    • Communicate with parents regarding absenteeism.
    • Prepare termly reports for the Headteacher and Governing Body.

  • Experience with Ed:gen and CPOMS.
