• Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
• Contract Term: Permanent
• Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Your Role

As a teacher at ISP School, you will:

• Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
• Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to a diverse range of abilities
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens
• Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children
• Possess SEN experience, focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs
• Have a solid understanding of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths
• Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills
• Be a reflective practitioner with a good grasp of therapeutic educational approaches
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Provide dynamic and engaging lessons
