Quinton House School is on the lookout for a dedicated School Minibus Driver to become a valued part of our team. If you enjoy helping young people start and end their school day safely and positively, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details

• Role: School Minibus Driver
• Hours: 25 hours per week, 36 weeks per year
• Schedule: Split shift (morning & afternoon school runs)
• Location: Quinton House School, Upton, Northampton
• Salary: £15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school on scheduled routes.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks.
• Keep the minibus clean, tidy, and roadworthy.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and appropriate behaviour of students.
• Complete basic driving, mileage, and safety records.

What We're Looking For

• A valid driving licence (D1 category preferred).
• A clean driving record.
• Previous driving experience (school or community transport beneficial).
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
• A calm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety.
• PSV Licence required.
