Your New Role

At De Lane Lea, we collaborate with the industry's leading filmmakers and studios to deliver exceptional post-production for feature films and high-end television. We are on the lookout for a talented Post Producer to be at the heart of this process, overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring every production receives the highest level of service and creative excellence.

As the vital link between our clients and specialist post-production teams, you will:

• Coordinate talent, technology, and workflows to deliver outstanding results.
• Build trusted relationships with some of the biggest names in entertainment.

Your Role Accountabilities

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Project manage feature films and episodic television, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while providing a first-class customer experience.
• Understand and manage all requirements around deliverables, including reading technical specs and overseeing onboarding processes.
• Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, actively assisting in the sales process.
• Manage schedules of creatives, operators, and support staff across the picture department.
• Present workflows to key clients, including during pre-production meetings.

Qualifications & Experiences

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Solid experience as a Post Producer or Post Production Manager on studio-level features and high-end TV drama.
• Excellent knowledge of post-production processes and industry-standard deliverables.
• A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, showcasing outstanding client handling skills.
• Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, and Health and Safety regulations.
• An understanding of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, and guidelines.

Working Conditions

This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the workplace. Please note that WBD reserves the right to adjust this working agreement as necessary for business needs, with reasonable notice.
