Your Role
As a Therapist at FCA, you will:
- Deliver high-quality therapy services to Foster Parents.
- Facilitate a therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.
- Conduct consultations, training, workshops, and group sessions.
- Collaborate with social work staff and other agencies to support children’s stability.
- Build strong relationships with Foster Parents to enhance their understanding of therapeutic fostering.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a candidate who is:
- Experienced: Ideally, you have a background in fostering services or similar fields.
- Organized: You can demonstrate strong administration skills and adherence to regulatory policies.
- Team-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position based in Sheffield, offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
