Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available)

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the Severn Trent Water team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing civils and MEICA works, ensuring compliance with Kier standards and procedures.
• Implementing health, safety, and environmental standards, including site inductions, daily briefings, and audits.
• Monitoring quality standards to ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, and procedures.
• Coordinating plant and materials procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining accurate site records and collaborating with the wider project team.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Have proven experience in the construction industry, preferably with civils experience.
• Hold SSSTS (minimum) or SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work qualifications.
• Possess knowledge of CDM and experience in producing and implementing Safe Systems of Work.
• Exhibit strong communication and team management skills.
• Have basic IT skills and demonstrate the ability to motivate and lead a team.
