Join Our Team as a Site Engineer - Civils!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Site Engineer - Civils to join our dynamic team in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. This is your chance to play a vital role in delivering essential construction projects in a hands-on, site-based position!

Location & Hours

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire – site-based, 5 days a week
Hours: Permanent Full-time, 45 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer - Civils, you will ensure that our projects are delivered accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborating with experienced engineers and site teams, you will support:

  • Setting out works according to design drawings, while checking levels, dimensions, and alignment.
  • Completing inspection records, quality documentation, and as-built information to maintain accurate project records.
  • Working closely with the site team to support daily activities and keep progress on track.
  • Ensuring work is carried out safely in line with RAMS, while promoting positive safety behaviors on site.
  • Assisting with ITPs, checks, testing, and handover packs for smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

This role could be a perfect fit for you if you have:

  • A Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in a site-based engineering role.
  • Confidence using setting out equipment and surveying tools.
  • A solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork.
