Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of civil and structural works? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Sub-Agent to join our Severn Trent Framework based in Wanlip.

Location & Hours

Location: Wanlip
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired. Just let us know when you speak to us!

Your Role

As a Sub-Agent, you will play a vital role in managing our wastewater treatment project. This is your chance to take ownership of operational resources, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems.
• Manage and monitor sub-contractor performance to ensure works meet specifications.
• Oversee site engineers and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate labor, plant, materials, and supply chain resources while maintaining accurate records.
• Implement day-to-day activities in line with the main program and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a relevant qualification (Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or Degree).
• You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with excellent organizational and commercial awareness.
• You possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative and enthusiastic attitude.
• You hold SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS Card qualifications.
