Your Impact
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role in our Commercial team, working on a prestigious large-scale project in London. This is your chance to make a real impact while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to help exceed business targets and KPIs.
- Prepare monthly cost/value reports and collaborate with contract team members to analyze results and trends.
- Produce commercial reports and review outcomes with the team.
- Conduct physical measurements of works and reach agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Manage certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
- Are educated to Degree level or possess equivalent experience.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Are confident with IT skills, particularly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
