Your Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary: £42,921.87 (inclusive of night allowance) with an average OTE ranging from £43,000 to £53,000.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of the vibrant Leeds cluster, covering areas like Leeds, Wakefield, Castleford, Pontefract, Dewsbury, Batley, Morley, Pudsey, Otley, and Garforth. We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting our members back on the road in your community.

What You’ll Need

As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.

You’ll tackle challenges head-on, making a real impact on the roadside by combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service. We’ll set you up for success from day one with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.
