Location: Ludlow, Shropshire
Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available)

Your Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of the Severn Trent Water team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects. Your daily tasks will include:

• Overseeing civils and MEICA works to meet Kier standards and procedures.
• Implementing health, safety, and environmental standards, including site inductions, daily briefings, and audits.
• Monitoring quality standards to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and procedures.
• Coordinating plant and materials procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining accurate site records and collaborating with the wider project team.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have proven experience in the construction industry, with civils experience being a plus.
• You hold SSSTS (minimum) or SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work qualifications.
• You possess knowledge of CDM and experience in producing and implementing Safe Systems of Work.
• You have strong communication and team management skills.
• You are comfortable with basic IT skills and can demonstrate the right behaviors to motivate and lead a team.
