Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? We’re looking for a Sub Agent to become a vital part of our Sizewell C Project team in beautiful Suffolk!

Location & Hours

Location: Sizewell C Project, Suffolk
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility available, just let us know when we chat!

Your Role

As a Sub Agent, you will manage a defined section of works on a major infrastructure project, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery. You’ll be the key link between the Project Manager and the site team, leading engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. In the highly regulated environment of Sizewell C, you will uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety, Wellbeing, Environment, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the delivery of a section of works, ensuring compliance with programme, cost, and quality objectives.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental, and quality standards in line with requirements.
• Supervise engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative one-team culture.
• Manage technical control, including temporary works, design compliance, and as-built documentation.
• Plan and coordinate resources, including labour, plant, and materials for efficient delivery.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction (or equivalent), or have proven industry experience.
• You have experience in major infrastructure, highways, or heavy civils projects.
• You possess a strong understanding of temporary works, RAMS, programme delivery, and quality systems.
• You hold a CSCS card and are working towards professional membership (ICE/CIOB desirable).
• You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively with site teams and stakeholders.
