Basic Salary: £14,117.74 (pro-rated, £23,529.57 FTE)

Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Education Coordinator to join our fostering team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills in a supportive environment focused on ensuring our young people receive the education they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve educational opportunities for looked-after children.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with team members and foster parents.
- Organize and analyze educational data to produce insightful reports.
- Maintain and utilize the CHARMS database (training provided).
- Deliver training packages to foster parents and staff.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and support multi-agency collaboration.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and assist with administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A strong commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for looked-after children.
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in supporting looked-after children and understanding their unique challenges.
- Experience in educational settings or children's services.
- Confidence in delivering training and collaborating with multi-agency teams.
