Your Role: Make an Impact!
As a key player in our Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model, you will be involved in exciting projects across Barclays. Your contributions will be vital in driving and supporting change programs that shape the future of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support allocated change programs.
- Drive the HR workstream for various change initiatives, including restructuring, transfers, outsourcing, and new site setups.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Project Initiation
- Due Diligence
- Consultation
- Implementation
- Communication Planning
- Governance and Risk Management
- Center of Excellence (COE) contributions
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive experience in Workforce Change and Restructuring (demonstrated in your CV).
- Proven ability to manage relationships with unions and conduct consultations in unionized environments.
- Experience in employee consultations and redundancy processes.
- Strong project management skills, especially in leading large-scale change programs.
- A solid understanding of current employment legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (intermediate level, including pivot tables and data management).
Essential Experience
- Technical knowledge in consultancy, unions, redundancy, and relevant legal requirements.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Experience in data manipulation and management using MS Excel.
