Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office

Your Role

As a key player in our Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model, you will be at the forefront of exciting projects across Barclays. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and supporting allocated change programs.
  • Leading the HR workstream for various change initiatives, including restructuring, outsourcing, and new site setups, while collaborating with in-country HRBP, ER, and other specialists.

  • Project Initiation
  • Due Diligence
  • Consultation
  • Implementation
  • Communication Plan
  • Governance and Risk Management
  • Center of Excellence (COE)

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in Workforce Change/Restructuring (highlighted in your CV).
  • Experience managing unions and conducting consultations in heavily unionized environments.
  • Strong background in employee consultations and redundancy processes.
  • Experience with TUPE projects and leading large-scale change programs.
  • Familiarity with current employment legislation.
  • Exceptional project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization with cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling data.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including data management, pivot tables, and vlookups.

Essential Experience

  • Technical knowledge in consultancy, unions, redundancy, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience in structuring and running programs effectively.
