Position Details
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
- Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
- Contract Term: Permanent
- Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Your Role
As a teacher at ISP School, you will:
- Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to a diverse range of abilities
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens
- Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children
- Possess SEN experience, focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs
- Have a solid understanding of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths
- Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills
- Be a reflective practitioner with a good grasp of therapeutic educational approaches
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Provide dynamic and engaging lessons
