Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

Your Role
As a Therapist at FCA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality therapy services to our Foster Parents. Your mission will be to:
- Facilitate a therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.
- Provide consultations, training, workshops, and group sessions.
- Collaborate with social work staff and other agencies to support our stability strategy.
- Build strong relationships with Foster Parents to enhance their understanding of therapeutic fostering.

We seek a highly motivated and passionate individual who:
- Has experience working within a fostering service or similar environment.
- Can demonstrate strong administrative skills and the ability to follow regulatory policies.
- Thrives in a fast-paced team setting.
