Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

Your Role

As a Therapist at FCA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality therapy services to our Foster Parents. Your mission will be to:

  • Facilitate a therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.
  • Provide consultations, training, workshops, and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with social work staff and other agencies to support our stability strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with Foster Parents to enhance their understanding of therapeutic fostering.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and passionate individual who:

  • Has experience working within a fostering service or similar environment.
  • Can demonstrate strong administrative skills and the ability to follow regulatory policies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team setting.
