Your Role

As a key player in our Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model, you will be instrumental in driving projects across Barclays. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting allocated change programs.
  • Collaborating with HR teams on restructuring, outsourcing, and new site setups across global locations.

Key Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the following:

  • Project Initiation
  • Due Diligence
  • Consultation
  • Implementation
  • Communication Planning
  • Governance and Risk Management
  • Center of Excellence (COE) Contributions

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in Workforce Change and Restructuring (highlighted in your CV).
  • Experience managing relationships with unions and conducting consultations in unionized environments.
  • Strong background in employee consultations and redundancy processes.
  • Experience with TUPE projects and leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (intermediate level, including pivot tables and data management).

Essential Experience

  • Technical expertise in consultancy, unions, redundancy, and legal requirements.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience in data manipulation and management using MS Excel.
