Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

Your Role

As a Therapist at FCA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality therapy services to our dedicated Foster Parents. Your mission will be to create a nurturing therapeutic environment for the children and young people in our care.

In this rewarding position, you will:

  • Provide consultations, training, and workshops for Foster Parents.
  • Facilitate group sessions and implement the Team Parenting model.
  • Collaborate with social work staff and other agencies to support our stability strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with Foster Parents to enhance their understanding of therapeutic fostering.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and passionate individual who:

  • Has experience in a fostering service or a similar field.
  • Demonstrates strong administrative skills and the ability to follow regulatory policies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
