Basic Salary: £31,151.65 - £36,323.65 per annum, dependent upon experience
Location: Hybrid / Office Based - Sheffield
Covering Area: Sheffield, Rotherham & Barnsley areas

Your Responsibilities
- Support Foster Parents to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and young people in care.
- Supervise and monitor the suitability and competence of Foster Parents.
- Ensure Foster Parents understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide regular supervision in line with FCA's Operational Standards.
- Collaborate with the foster family network to identify needs and resources.
- Maintain compliance with documentation for each child and Foster Parent.
- Attend meetings and provide reports for commissioning teams.
- Encourage participation of children and young people in agency development.
- Deliver training to Foster Parents.
- Participate in an out-of-hours support service on a rota basis.
- Conduct occasional initial home visits and Form F assessments.
What You Need
- A Social Work qualification.
- Professional registration with Social Work England or equivalent.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality reports.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and child safeguarding procedures.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Yorkshire area.
- Confidence in transporting children in challenging situations.
- A full driving licence.
