Your New Role
As our portfolio continues to expand, the Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) team is at the forefront, building world-class media technology and IT systems. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering Warner Bros. Discovery’s products while shaping the long-term technology strategy that will elevate our pay-TV, digital, and online services.

Your Role Accountabilities
As part of the M2P Engineering team, you will provide Tier 2 support and engineering expertise for MAM and post-production platforms in a dynamic hybrid environment.
Support Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support, managing escalated tickets from Level 0 and Level 1 teams.
- Coordinate incident and problem follow-ups with internal and external teams.
- Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the platform.
- Plan maintenance activities and coordinate upgrade phases.
Engineering Responsibilities:
- Manage short-term engineering projects and collaborate with the Tier 3 engineering team.
- Gather workflow requirements from WBD Sports, TNT Sports, and Eurosport offices.
- Design centralized workflows across MAM and post-production platforms.
- Support users through change management and new project implementations.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broadcast Technology in a support or engineering role.
- Experience with MAM and post-production tools, and a solid understanding of broadcast technical backgrounds.
Nice to Have:
- Basic scripting and development skills.
- Knowledge of AWS services and microservices architecture.
General Working Conditions
- Work on shifts, including evenings and weekends, with potential night work for live events.
- On-call rotation may be required.
- Based in London, UK, with minimal travel expected.
- This is a permanent contract position.

This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work. Flexibility will be agreed upon with your Line Manager, ensuring we meet business needs while supporting your work-life balance.
