Hours: 40 hours a week, 08:30 – 17:00

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing the commercial resources for exciting refurbishment and re-cladding projects valued between £5m - £15m. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality projects that positively impact communities across London.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage commercial resources to maximize planned gross margin through effective contract placement and control.
- Tender, evaluate, and appoint subcontractors, while placing orders for materials and plant.
- Identify, negotiate, and agree on project variations with customers and suppliers.
- Measure, value, and agree on work progress to support invoicing and payment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (desirable) and have relevant experience in a similar role.
- Possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Are highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Are confident using IT packages, including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems.
- Embrace collaboration, sharing knowledge, and supporting others while taking initiative when needed.
