Salary: £23,535.26 per annum

Your Role:

As our new Referrals Officer, you will be the vital link between local authorities, foster families, and social workers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing referrals from local authorities
• Using key information and matching criteria to ensure placements meet children's needs
• Finding creative solutions to foster placement requests
• Building positive relationships through effective communication

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a passionate individual with:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families
• Experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential
