About the Role
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead from the front, taking full ownership of your restaurant. You’ll be accountable for performance, people, culture, and results, ensuring that we deliver brilliant guest experiences while building a high-performing, future-ready team.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead with Confidence: Take ownership of the restaurant, leading performance, culture, and standards. Make sound decisions that drive results while supporting long-term success.
- Deliver Through Others: Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, providing regular coaching and feedback. Delegate effectively to foster ownership at all levels.
- Unleash Potential: Attract and develop diverse talent, building strong relationships and creating clear development pathways for future leaders.
- Execute with Focus: Ensure smooth operations by setting clear priorities and maintaining strong operational standards.
- Fuel Exceptional Experiences: Lead your team to provide fast, friendly, and consistent service, making every guest feel welcome.
- Shape the Future: Embrace change and use insights to drive improvement, working closely with your Area Coach to plan for long-term success.
