In this role, you will be the driving force behind securing quotations and orders for minor repair opportunities within our valued client base. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Your Mission:
As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will:
- Identify and Secure Sales Opportunities: Build internal networks and target new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
- Manage a Strong Sales Pipeline: Meet targets by ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for minor repair work.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Keep track of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes using tools like Excel.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
- Promote Safety and Quality: Uphold the Stannah brand while demonstrating flexibility and professionalism, with occasional travel within the service area.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- GCSE English Grade C or above: A solid foundation in communication is essential.
- Lift Experience: Previous experience in the lift industry is preferable.
- Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales or business development within a busy office environment.
Working Conditions:
Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday, and Friday, providing a balanced work-life experience.
