Location: Leeds
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired. Just let us know when you speak to us!

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of our exciting projects, which range from £10M to £80M across various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, and government. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the commercial success of our projects from tender through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Advise on the financial viability of projects during early stages and tender processes.
- Organize procurement strategies and assess returns from sub-contractors to achieve the best value.
- Negotiate with our supply chain to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Monitor project expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation Reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide commercial expertise and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have experience working on large two-stage bids and high-value construction projects.
- Possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions.
- Have a strong understanding of procurement and sub-contractor management.
- Are confident in creating detailed commercial reports for senior stakeholders.
- Hold a relevant degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Have a valid full Driving License.
