Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker

Contract: Full Time

Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience

Base Location: Remote - North West

Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

Your Role

As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents.
  • Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An enthusiastic and committed self-starter, capable of working independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents.
  • A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
  • Knowledgeable about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
  • Driven and creative, ready to share our vision and make a real impact.
