About the Role
As a Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of our nursery, ensuring a nurturing and high-quality environment for children, families, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will shine as you:
- Lead, motivate, and develop your nursery team
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards
- Build strong partnerships with parents
- Drive occupancy and overall nursery performance
- Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
- Support staff development and wellbeing
- Create a positive, professional team culture

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Essential Qualifications:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Previous Nursery Management Experience
- Strong Knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
- Experience Leading Teams within Early Years
- A Passion for Delivering High-Quality Childcare and Education
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 5 Qualification in Childcare, Leadership, or Management
- Experience Achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted Outcomes
