Your Role
As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of young people. No two days will be the same, and your contributions will help them thrive. You don’t need extensive experience—just a caring attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others. We’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident from day one.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
- Be friendly and able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues
- Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
