Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Specific Hours: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Salary: £34,660.95

Location: Greater London (Covering Area Camden homes in Camden, Haringey & Islington)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people aged 11-18.
  • Act as a key worker, overseeing daily practices and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor staff, ensuring care plans and safeguarding standards are met.
  • Manage placement plans and coordinate access to health, education, and therapeutic services.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and contribute to quality assurance efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Hold a Children's Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification in the children sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality childcare practices.

Working Conditions

Our fixed rota pattern is designed to provide consistency:

  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun (60 hours)
  • Week 2: Wed, Thu (24 hours)
  • Minimum average of 168 hours per month
