Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with flexible options available

The Role
As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in helping children learn, play, and grow in a safe and engaging environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a nurturing, high-quality learning environment
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Maintaining safeguarding, records, and room standards
About You
You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Confident written and spoken English
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
