Salary: £29,244 per annum

Room Leader Duties:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children.
• Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
• Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
• Assist in embedding an effective key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor at all times.
• Understand and ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.

Room Leader Requirements:

• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years - Essential
• Over 6 months of experience in a senior position - Desirable
• Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
