The Role

As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experience and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional member experience through a strong focus on service and standards, in collaboration with the Gym Manager
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
• Leading a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
• Managing and improving our Group Exercise offerings

You will be instrumental in creating a vibrant workplace and workout environment for both your team and gym members. Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.

• A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing, along with experience in teaching group exercise
