Role: Fostering Recruitment Administrator
Location: Bromsgrove
Contract: Part Time, Permanent - 30 hours per week
Salary: Up to £20,502.86 pro rata per annum (full-time equivalent: £23,920)

Your Role

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Fostering Recruitment Administrator to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will be the guiding force behind the recruitment of foster parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fostering applicants during their assessment journey.
  • Process all statutory checks from external agencies efficiently.
  • Manage multiple applications concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ensure timely updates to our systems with all administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming correspondence via phone, email, and post.
  • Collaborate closely with internal assessment teams and regional operational teams.
  • Liaise with external individuals and organizations throughout the fostering assessment process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative skills, including database management and handling confidential paperwork.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the initiative to work autonomously.
  • Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience in children's services or a related field is a plus, but full training will be provided.
  • Previous office administration experience is advantageous.
