Contract: Part Time, Permanent - 30 hours per week
Salary: Up to £20,502.86 pro rata per annum (full-time equivalent: £23,920)

Your Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Fostering Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the guiding force behind the recruitment of foster parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fostering applicants during their assessment journey, building strong relationships along the way.
- Process all statutory checks from external agencies efficiently.
- Manage multiple concurrent applications with ease.
- Work to deadlines to ensure a seamless experience for applicants.
- Keep our systems updated with timely administration tasks.
- Handle all incoming correspondence via phone, email, and post.
- Collaborate closely with internal assessment teams and regional operational teams.
- Liaise with external individuals and organizations as part of the fostering assessment process.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Strong administrative skills, including experience with databases and electronic filing systems.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the initiative to work autonomously.
- Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience in children's services or a related field is a plus, but full training will be provided.
- Previous office administration experience is advantageous.
